MelloMe "Love It Or It's Free" 100-Day Guarantee Policy

1. Eligibility and Scope We are confident that MelloMe will help you find your daily calm. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, first-time customers are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price under our "Love It Or It's Free" guarantee. This guarantee applies strictly to the customer's first order only and is limited to a maximum refund value equivalent to three (3) 10-packs (up to 30 bottles total).

2. Time Frame for Claims To be eligible for the guarantee, the customer must submit a refund request within one hundred (100) days from the date the original order was placed. Requests submitted after the 100-day window will not be accepted.

3. Claiming Your Refund To initiate a claim, customers must contact our support team at shop@mellome.com with their order number. To honor our frictionless promise, customers are not required to return empty bottles or consumed products to receive their refund for their initial purchase.

4. Exclusions and Anti-Fraud Limitations To protect against abuse, the following limitations apply:

  • The guarantee is valid for first-time purchasers only. It does not apply to repeat purchases, subsequent subscription renewal charges, or orders placed after a customer's initial transaction.

  • The guarantee is strictly limited to one (1) claim per individual, household, delivery address, or payment method.

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. The refund applies solely to the cost of the physical product up to the 3-pack maximum.

  • We reserve the right to deny any refund claim if we suspect fraudulent behavior, policy abuse, or bulk purchasing intended for resale.

5. Impact on Active Subscriptions If a customer claims the "Love It Or It's Free" guarantee on their initial subscription order, MelloMe will automatically cancel any active recurring subscriptions associated with that account to prevent any future unwanted charges. Customers are welcome to re-subscribe at any time, but future orders will not be eligible for this guarantee.
