How does the ambassador program work? +
Our ambassador program operates via Up Promote. You can apply directly and will hear back from us within 4–5 business days (through the platform) about your application. Our ambassador program is open to everyone, subject to our review and approval.
What can I receive as an ambassador? +
As a MelloMe® Ambassador, you are eligible to receive a 20% discount on all your MelloMe® purchases and earn commission on sales you influence. Each month, our community also has unique opportunities to engage with the brand and earn more.
What's the Criteria? +
Our application process helps us get to know you and set you up in our program within Up Promote, while also confirming that you’re in a country where we currently operate our Ambassador Program.
Do I receive a commission for each sale I influence? +
Yes. While rewards may vary based on impact and performance, all ambassadors can earn affiliate commissions on influenced sales. We use Up Promote to manage all payments. Competitive rates and payout details are shared during the application process, and rates may be revisited based on performance.
What is Up Promote & why do I need to create an account? +
Up Promote is the software platform we use to track your gifts and commissions and ensure accurate payouts.
How long will it take for my items to ship? +
Our Ambassador Program follows the same fulfillment process as standard Ecommerce orders. Please see our Shipping Policies for details. For additional questions, email marketing@mellome.com and identify yourself as a MelloMe® Ambassador, including your Collabs ID.
Where do I need to reside to be eligible for the Mellome Ambassador Program? +
Currently, all MelloMe® ambassadors reside in the U.S.
Are there any program no-no’s? +
Yes. Failure to comply with program requirements—including fraudulent or illegal activities or content inconsistent with MelloMe® or community standards—may result in immediate termination. Ambassadors must follow all FTC disclosure guidelines. MelloMe® reserves the right to terminate any ambassador at any time, for any reason.
